David Flamm, Founder of Nature’s Builders LLC, is a lifelong Chicago tradesman with over 30 years of hands-on construction experience. A father of three and grandfather of seven, his business is based on the principles of responsibility, durability, and consideration for how people live in the spaces he creates. After years as a superintendent for custom home builders, David transitioned into home renovations after the housing crash of 2008, specializing in mold remediation and restoration renovations.
A health crisis in his own life changed his outlook, and he began to envision Nature’s Builders with healthier homes, sustainable materials, and community-driven development in mind. Today, he combines the best of traditional building practices with contemporary systems to move the needle on affordability, resilience, and long-term health as the company grows across the country.
